Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls across India, engaging with potential clients, and converting them into long-term partners for SNNYLO’s health and wellness offerings, including IV drip solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct outbound calls on a daily basis to clients across Pan India.
● Communicate with doctors, clinics, wellness centers, and potential partners.
● Educate and convince clients about IV drip therapies and their benefits for health and wellness.
● Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
● Maintain a strong follow-up system to close sales effectively.
● Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
● Maintain accurate records of calls, leads,
and conversions in CRM systems.
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
Requirements & Skills:
● Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferably in healthcare/wellness).
● Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English (additional regional languages are a plus).
● Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
● Strong negotiation and closing skills.
● Basic understanding of health & wellness products (IV therapy knowledge is a plus).
