Lead and manage a team of plant workers, including scheduling, training,

and performance evaluation.

 Oversee the daily operations of the tin production process, ensuring

efficiency and productivity.

 Monitor production equipment to ensure it is operating correctly and safely.

 Ensure that all tin products meet quality standards and specifications.

 Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production process.

 Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.

 Manage raw materials and finished product inventory, ensuring adequate

supply for continuous operations.

 Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of raw materials.

 Track and report inventory levels and material usage.

 Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and

reduce waste.





 Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and serviced.

 Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.

 Prepare and submit regular reports to management on production

performance and issues

 Ensure seam quality, leakage checks, and visual inspection

 Control rejection, dented tins, and oil leakage

 Ensure smooth operation of tin body maker, seamer, flanger, beader, and

packing lines.

 Monitor productivity of workers.
