Job Overview:

HCP Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Production Chemist to oversee and optimize the manufacturing process for skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in formulation, production planning, and quality control to ensure high standards of product efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Oversee the production process, ensuring compliance with GMP, FDA, and industry regulations.
✔Supervise and manage production staff, providing technical guidance and training.
✔Develop and improve formulations for skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products.
✔Monitor and optimize production efficiency, minimizing waste and maximizing yield.
✔Conduct quality control checks to ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards.
✔Coordinate with R&D;, procurement, and quality assurance teams for smooth operations.
✔Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
✔Maintain detailed documentation of production processes, batch records, and compliance reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry,



Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
✔Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in production and formulation within the cosmetics, skincare, or pharmaceutical industry.
✔In-depth knowledge of cosmetic formulations, raw materials, and industry regulations.
✔Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
✔Proficiency in manufacturing equipment operation and maintenance.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
