- Lead workshops to gather business/technical requirements.
- Consult customers on industry and ServiceNow best practices.
- Translates requirements into functional and technical requirements.
- Participate in configuring new applications or suites during the planning, development, and rollout phases. Contribute to the strategic development of new platform customization, as needed, based on customer needs.
- Development of required client-specific reporting
- Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, REST, SOAP, etc)
- Conduct planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades.
- Be a key member of the overall implementation project team
- Develop technical design documents.
- Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
- Working with solution architect Dubai.
