CGR International School is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our team at Plot No. 99 & 100, Ayyappa Society, 60 ft. Main Road, Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Job Details:

- Job Title: Admission Counsellor
- Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
- Location: Ayyappa Society, Madhapur, Hyderabad
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)

Qualification:

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.

Experience:

- 2–4 years of experience as the main Admissions Counsellor in a CBSE or International School.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete admission process from enquiry to enrolment.
- Counsel prospective parents and address admission-related queries.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and timely follow-ups.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Conduct school presentations and campus tours for prospective parents.
- Maintain admission records, visitor data, and lead tracking reports.
- Generate admissions through field promotions, school events, corporate tie-ups, preschool partnerships, and other outreach activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.




- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing parents.
- Lead and support the admissions team when required.
