Job Responsibilities for Mechanical Execution Engineer in Cement Plant Projects

- Engineer must have Cement Industry Project experience.

- Oversee and expedite the execution of mechanical projects within the cement plant.

- Execution & monitoring of ongoing project.

- Execute mechanical steel structural erection, including columns, beams, girders, platforms and staircases.

- Supervise the installation of equipment such as Ball Mill, VRPM, classifiers, cyclones, conveyors, silos, pumps, motors, and couplings.

- Conduct equipment alignment and level checks to ensure proper installation and functionality.

- Perform handover checks of civil foundations to ensure they meet specifications before equipment installation.

- Collaborate with contractor, JK Lakshmi engineers including civil engineers to facilitate smooth project execution.

- Expedite and sign the necessary PTW for erection work, lifting plans before erection.

- Participate in the daily/weekly/monthly meetings.





- Construction Supervision work: Engineer will supervise the execution of the work so as to ensure that all work is carried out

- in accordance with the tender/contract specifications and construction drawings.

- Labour, Machinery, and Equipment requirement: Engineer will monitor the adequacy of executing agencies site establishment in

- respect of technical and supervisory staff, labour force, machinery and equipment, material procurement, etc., in order to complete

- the works as per time schedule. Engineer will maintain daily reports on labour, plant, and materials etc. and any shortfall shall be

- brought to the notice of site in-charge.

- Records: Engineer will be able to maintain site execution related documents only.
