Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage daily office data, CRM updates, product listings, quotations, and document maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, typing skills, MS Excel proficiency, and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Candidates with a Science degree, especially B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or related fields, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data records
- Handle daily data entry work using MS Excel and MS Word
- Maintain and update Zoho CRM records
- Upload product details on IndiaMART and other B2B portals
- Prepare quotations, price lists, and product datasheets
- Verify and correct data before final submission
- Organize office files, records, and documents
- Handle basic email communication and data reports
- Maintain proper database accuracy, formatting, and documentation

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM preferred
- Basic computer and internet knowledge




- Experience in Zoho CRM and IndiaMART will be an added advantage
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English
- Knowledge of Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, or other regional languages will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of ChatGPT and online tools preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to complete assigned tasks within deadlines

Eligibility

- Science Graduates are highly preferred
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Instrumentation, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related Science disciplines can apply
- Engineering Graduates and Diploma holders can also apply
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
