Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar) is a plus.
- Familiarity with industrial IT environments (SCADA, PLC systems integration, etc.) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of data analytics tools and business intelligence system.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure & Hardware Management

- Manage and maintain all company hardware including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, routers, switches, and network devices.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues; recommend upgrades or replacements as necessary.
- Ensure optimal performance and security of physical devices and infrastructure.

2. Software & Application Management

- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications.
- Maintain licensing, updates, and software compliance.
- Provide user support and training as required.

3. Server & Network Administration

- Administer, maintain, and optimize various servers including file servers, email servers, application servers, and domain controllers.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the availability of network services.




- Implement and manage backup systems and disaster recovery plans.

4. ERP System Management

- Provide end-to-end support and administration for the company’s ERP software ,Work with departments to ensure proper integration and usage of ERP modules (finance, inventory, HR, production, etc.).
- Assist in data migration, user training, and troubleshooting ERP-related issues.

5. Security & Compliance

- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and external regulations.
- Regularly conduct system audits and vulnerability assessments.

6. IT Strategy & Support

- Collaborate with management to align IT strategy with business goals.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff.
- Evaluate and recommend recent technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹58,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- AWS, Azure, SCADA, PLC systems integration: 5 years (Required)
