The MES Technician will be part of the MES team and work in rotational shifts, reporting directly to the Engineer for assigned tasks. The role supports MES applications and other integrated operational systems used on the production floor, ensuring smooth manufacturing operations and timely delivery to meet customer demand.

- Provide hands-on support for MES applications in collaboration with production and engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MES logins, transactions, and workflows.
- Support production teams in effectively utilizing MES processes and operational workflows.
- Monitor production data within MES to ensure accuracy and product traceability.
- Assist with MES configuration activities, including work instructions and resource setup.
- Support and maintain shop floor devices connected to MES, such as barcode scanners and industrial PCs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve MES-related operational issues.
- Perform system maintenance activities, including health checks and log monitoring.

Must-Have:

- Diploma or degree with 3–4 years of experience in MES application support and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives in manufacturing operations.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data verification and analysis.
- Experience with shop floor devices such as barcode scanners and industrial PCs.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and support production operations
