We have an urgent requirement of 5 candidates for the USA logistics process.

Eligibilities :

Must be ready to work in night shifts (local candidate preferred).

Must be minimum Graduate.

Must be fluent in English.

Must have valid educational proofs and identity proofs.

Responsibilities:

- Booking loads as per truck requirements.
- scheduling drivers to make freight deliveries or collect shipments and packages.
- communicating with customers about freight details, delivery or pickup times, and special handling requests.
- planning pre-determined routes and accommodating route changes as needed.
- maintaining records of dispatched calls, driver routes, route changes, as well as delivery and pickup times.
- keeping track of transportation regulations and laws to ensure that truck drivers comply.
- reviewing drivers' logs, including dispatched calls and arrival times.




- monitoring truck repairs and maintenance schedules.

Qualification and skill set.

Willing to work in the USA Based process and us timings. (calling & emails).

the candidate should have good negotiation skills. Ability to handle a tough situation with the customer. Active listener with excellent communication skills. With Computer Skill

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
