Role Overview

Aacharya Sports is looking for an energetic and skilled Table Tennis Coach to conduct structured coaching programs for children and adults at our sports academy. The coach will be responsible for developing players from beginner to advanced levels while maintaining high standards of coaching, discipline, safety, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct structured Table Tennis coaching sessions for children and adults across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
- Teach fundamental and advanced skills including grip, stance, footwork, serves, returns, forehand, backhand, spin, placement, and match strategy.
- Plan age-appropriate and skill-based training sessions.
- Assess players regularly and track their development and performance.
- Identify talented players and prepare them for tournaments and competitive events.
- Conduct practice matches, internal competitions, and performance assessments.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and professional coaching standards during all sessions.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents and provide periodic feedback on player progress.
- Encourage player retention by creating engaging, progressive, and result-oriented coaching sessions.
- Support academy activities such as tournaments, camps, trial sessions, promotional events,



and sports programs.
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of Table Tennis tables, rackets, balls, and other equipment.
- Maintain attendance and basic coaching/performance records as required by the academy.

Candidate Requirements

- Strong playing and coaching knowledge of Table Tennis.
- Previous coaching experience in a sports academy, club, school, or similar environment preferred.
- Ability to coach children of different ages and skill levels.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, disciplined, punctual, energetic, and professional.
- Ability to conduct both group and individual coaching sessions.
- Coaching certification from a recognized sports organization/federation will be an advantage.
- Competitive playing experience at district, state, national, or university level will be an added advantage.

Key Performance Expectations

The coach will be evaluated based on:

- Quality and consistency of coaching.
- Student enrollment and retention.
- Player skill development and progression.
- Parent/student satisfaction.
- Punctuality and session discipline.
- Development of players for competitive tournaments.
- Contribution to camps, tournaments, and other academy revenue-generating activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
