About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Accounts & Stores Executive who can manage both the commercial and material-movement side of our factory operations. This is a role for someone who enjoys working across office and shop floor — not a desk-only accounting position.

Key Responsibilities

- Process supplier invoices — verify against purchase orders and material receipts
- Prepare and track supplier payments; maintain and correct supplier ledgers
- Create Delivery Challans (DC) for material movement; close DCs after physical weight verification with photo documentation
- Assist in TDS data preparation and quarterly filing support
- Support day-to-day inventory management — stock records, material inward/outward tracking

Candidate Profile

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA, or Diploma with relevant stores experience
- Prior exposure to manufacturing, stores,



or dispatch documentation is a strong advantage
- Comfortable with Excel; basic understanding of TDS/GST concepts
- Two-wheeler and own commute preferred given factory location
- Willing to work at the plant, including physical material verification
