Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized MICE Outbound Operations Manager to handle end-to-end execution of international corporate group tours, meetings, incentive trips, conferences, and exhibitions. The candidate will be responsible for managing travel logistics, vendor coordination, and smooth delivery of outbound MICE operations while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete outbound MICE operations from confirmation to execution.
- Coordinate with international DMCs, hotels, airlines, transport providers, and event vendors.
- Handle hotel bookings, flight coordination, transfers, visa assistance, and travel documentation.
- Prepare detailed operational briefs, rooming lists, movement charts, and service vouchers.
- Ensure smooth coordination for conferences, gala dinners, team-building activities, and corporate events.
- Monitor tour/event execution and provide real-time operational support.
- Negotiate competitive rates with vendors and maintain supplier relationships.




- Resolve operational issues and emergencies efficiently during travel/events.
- Coordinate with sales teams for seamless handover of confirmed groups.
- Maintain operational records, billing, vendor payments, and reconciliation.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of international destinations and outbound travel operations.
- Experience in handling corporate groups and MICE movements.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple groups simultaneously.
- Positive negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in outbound MICE operations.
- Familiarity with visa processes and international travel documentation.
- Experience with travel booking systems is an added advantage.
