We are seeking a detail-oriented Export Documentation, Customs & Logistics Executive to handle end-to-end export processes including documentation, customs clearance, logistics coordination, and compliance. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in agriculture commodities and food & beverage exports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage export documentation:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Shipping Bill
- Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
- Certificate of Origin
- Handle ICEGATE portal for export documentation and filings
- Generate and manage E-way Bills as per GST norms
- Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agent) for customs clearance
- Manage shipment bookings with freight forwarders and transporters
- Track shipments and provide regular updates
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, and GST regulations
- Maintain proper records of export transactions
- Resolve issues related to shipment delays or documentation
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (Commerce / Logistics / Supply Chain preferred)
- 1–3 years experience in export documentation & logistics
- Mandatory: Knowledge of ICEGATE & E-way Bill processes
- Understanding of customs procedures, DGFT, and GST compliance
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations
- Strong attention to detail and time management
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Agriculture exports (grains, pulses, spices)
- Experience in Food & Beverage export industry
- Familiarity with commodity-based export documentation and handling
Working Days:
Monday to Friday (Full-Time) & Saturday (Half day)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
