Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining our services, generating leads, and maintaining solid customer relationships. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Explain the company's services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales/counseling team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.




- Address customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
