Job Summary:
Responsible for providing day-to-day IT support, maintaining computer systems, networks, hardware, and software, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, emails, and system access.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Perform data backups, system updates, and security patching.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors when required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of IT support experience.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
