Position: Sr Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 5+ years of experience in digital and print design. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in branding, social media creatives, packaging design, image editing, photography, and marketing collateral. The candidate should be capable of transforming ideas into visually engaging designs that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design end-to-end packaging for FMCG and retail products, including labels, cartons, pouches, boxes, bottles, and sleeves.

· Create packaging artwork, branding assets, logos, and print-ready production files.

· Coordinate with printers and production teams to ensure high-quality print output and packaging execution.

· Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, catalogues, posters, standees, and promotional materials.

· Create Digital creatives for social media, websites, mobile apps, banners, email campaigns, and advertisements.

· Develop UI assets including app banners, icons, splash screens, and landing page creatives.

· Plan and execute product/model photoshoots, image retouching, and photo manipulation.

· Design infographics, presentations,



Pitch deck and campaign creatives for marketing and business Communications.

· Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver creative solutions while maintaining brand consistency and meeting project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).

· 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Branding, and Print Media.

· Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design, branding, print, digital creatives, and photo editing.

· Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, composition, and visual hierarchy.

· Good knowledge of packaging materials, print production, pre-press processes, and color management.

· Familiarity with current design trends, social media platforms, and digital marketing creatives.

· Excellent creative thinking, attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
