TripzyGo is looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager who can independently manage our social media presence, create engaging content strategies, and handle paid campaigns across platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, social media management, and digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, create, and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Handle Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) including campaign setup, optimization, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
- Monitor ad performance and provide insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Create and manage content calendars, posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the creative team for content development, creatives, and brand communication.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Take ownership of social media activities and deliver results independently.





Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social media campaigns.
- Robust understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and digital marketing.
- Ability to independently plan, execute, and manage campaigns.
- Creative mindset with good communication and content understanding.
- Experience in lead generation through social media will be an added advantage.
