Job Title: Steward – Food & Beverage (F&B; Club)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and service-oriented Steward to join our F&B; team at a premium club. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in food and beverage service, excellent customer handling skills, and the ability to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide productive and courteous food & beverage service to guests/members.

· Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages as per SOPs.

· Ensure tables are set up properly and maintain cleanliness at all times.

· Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

· Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally.

· Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards as per club policies.

· Assist in setting up banquets, events, and special service areas.

· Ensure proper use and maintenance of service equipment.

· Follow billing and payment procedures accurately.

Required Skills & Competencies





· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good knowledge of F&B; service standards and etiquette.

· Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

· Team player with a positive attitude.

· Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Qualifications

· Minimum: Diploma/Certification in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

· 2–5 years of relevant experience in restaurants, clubs, or hospitality industry.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· Experience in premium clubs, hotels, or fine-dining restaurants.

· Presentable personality with a customer-first approach.

· Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation

· As per industry standards + service charge

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
