Job Description – Supervisor (Business Development & Operations)

About the Role

SR Global Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and well-connected Supervisor who has experience in the manpower and facility management industry. The ideal candidate should have strong local networking skills, be capable of generating new business opportunities, and maintain excellent relationships with the labour community.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships within the manpower and facility management industry.
- Generate new business leads and acquire clients for manpower, housekeeping, and facility management services.
- Build and maintain a strong network with local businesses, contractors, and industries in Bhopal and Indore.
- Maintain excellent connections with the labour community to ensure timely manpower availability.
- Coordinate recruitment and deployment of manpower as per client requirements.
- Visit client locations, understand their workforce needs, and provide suitable manpower solutions.




- Support field operations and ensure smooth coordination between clients and workers.
- Represent the company professionally while expanding business opportunities.

Requirements

- Experience in the manpower, staffing, recruitment, or facility management industry.
- Robust local network in Bhopal and Indore.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good connections with labour contractors, workers, and the local labour community.
- Ability to generate new clients and achieve business growth.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and be willing to travel locally.

Preferred Candidate

- Previous experience in manpower supply, housekeeping, security services, or facility management.
- Existing network with factories, industries, builders, hospitals, hotels, or commercial establishments.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience) + Performance Incentives

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
