Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and passionate Anchor & Field Reporter who can report from the ground, conduct interviews, create engaging video content, and present news professionally on camera.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field reporting, interviewing people, creating short-form video content, and delivering news with confidence and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Cover local news, politics, crime, social issues, and public interest stories
- Conduct interviews with citizens, officials, political leaders, and experts
- Create engaging reels, short videos, and YouTube content
- Present news bulletins and special reports on camera
- Gather photos, videos, and information from the field
- Generate exclusive story ideas and ground reports
- Write basic news summaries, captions, and headlines
- Work closely with the editorial and social media teams
- Represent The Begusarai professionally during assignments

Requirements

- Excellent Hindi speaking and communication skills




- Strong confidence in front of the camera
- Willingness to travel within Begusarai and nearby areas
- Basic understanding of current affairs and local issues
- Ability to shoot videos using a smartphone
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and digital media
- Freshers with robust communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Journalism, Mass Communication, or Media background is preferred but not mandatory
