Job Description (Short):
We are looking for a Telecaller to communicate with retailers and customers over phone calls. The candidate will be responsible for explaining products/services, generating leads, maintaining relationships with retailers, addressing customer queries, and coordinating with the sales team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact retailers and customers via phone.
- Explain company products and services.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Resolve customer queries and provide support.
- Maintain call records and update reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team for business growth.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
