Sales & Business Development Identify current customers and business opportunities Visit clients, offices, shops, PG owners, property owners, businesses, etc. Present company products/services professionally Convert inquiries into confirmed sales Achieve monthly sales targets 2. Customer Relationship Management Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email Build long-term relationships with customers Resolve customer concerns professionally Maintain customer satisfaction 3. Market Research Understand competitor pricing and offers Collect market feedback Suggest improvements to management 4.
Reporting Submit daily visit reports Update leads and sales records Share weekly progress reports 5. Branding & Promotion Support marketing campaigns Promote services on field and online channels Help increase brand awareness Skills Required Good communication skills (Kannada, English, Hindi preferred) Confidence in speaking with customers Basic computer/mobile knowledge Negotiation skills Self-motivated and target-oriented Bike with license preferred Qualification PUC / Degree preferred Experience in sales preferred (Freshers can apply) Salary Structure Fixed Salary + Incentives + Travel Allowance (optional) Working Hours 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
