The interview process will include the following rounds:

1st: Online Quickfire test.
2nd: Personal Interview with HR
3rd: Aptitude Test - Attention to Detail, Numerical & Data Analysis, Verbal, Reasoning
4th: Interview Round with HR Manager
5th: Technical round with HOD

Upon selection, you will undergo one week of classroom-based process training followed by an assessment. Successful candidates will then move on to the floor.

Salary: 4.8 LPA

Training Period: 2 Months (Candidate will receive half salary during the training period). This is the maximum duration and may be reduced.

Probation Period: 6 Months (Candidate will receive full salary during the probation period).

Note: Rs. 1800/- PF & Rs. 200/- qualified tax will be deducted from the full salary.

Job Title: Hardware & Networking Engineer (NVOCC Industry).

Qualifications:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.

Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
- Set up and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, etc
- Monitor and resolve hardware, software, and network performance issues.




- Manage and support systems for on-site and WFH users, including asset allocation.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for IT hardware and infrastructure.
- Ensure timely OS updates, software patches, and system backups.
- Monitor system security through Sophos Endpoint, DLP, and Google Admin Console.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, and documentation for all locations.
- Oversee functionality of printers, UPS systems, VC equipment, and CCTV cameras.
- Provide end-user technical support and ensure minimal downtime.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection, and security standards.
- Prepare regular reports on system health, asset management, and maintenance activities.
- Support IT audits and assist in implementing process improvements.
- Should be able to perform on-demand new tasks related to hardware and software.
