- Manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, GeM, IndiaMART, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Create, edit, and optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, specifications, and images.
- Monitor product visibility, pricing, and stock availability.
- Process daily orders and coordinate dispatch with the warehouse.
- Track shipments, pickups, returns, RTOs, and customer issues.
- Raise support tickets with marketplace teams whenever required.
- Monitor account health, seller ratings, and policy compliance.
- Plan and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketplace offers.
- Coordinate with courier partners for pickup and delivery-related issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend strategies to improve conversions.
- Coordinate with marketing, design,



and operations teams for product launches and promotional activities.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, GeM, IndiaMART, and other marketplaces.
- Good understanding of product listing and catalog management.
- MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reports).
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
- Freshers with relevant internship experience may also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
