Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve orders and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and outlet revenue.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Waitress/Server preferred, but not mandatory (training provided).
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed and presentable at all times.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Positive attitude and team spirit.
