Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Resolve helpdesk requests promptly, minimizing operational downtime.
- Administer user accounts, network access, and system permissions.
- Safeguard data integrity through routine backups and security protocols.
- Liaise with vendors for procurement, repair, and equipment upgrades.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of pertinent experience in an IT support capacity.
- Proficient in Windows OS, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Adept troubleshooting abilities across hardware and software domains.
- Excellent communication skills with a client-centric disposition.
- Relevant certification (CompTIA A+, Network+) is advantageous.
