Key Roles & Responsibilities (KRA)

1. IT Infrastructure Management

- Manage and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, CCTV, biometric systems, and other IT assets.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Ensure proper functioning of servers and network systems.

2. Software & Application Support

- Install and update required software applications.
- Provide support for ERP, CRM, accounting software, HR software, or company-specific applications.
- Coordinate with software vendors for troubleshooting and improvements.
- Maintain software licenses and renewal records.

3. User Support / Help Desk

- Resolve employee IT-related issues within defined timelines.
- Create and manage user accounts, emails, and access permissions.
- Train employees on basic IT tools and software usage.

4. Data Management & Backup

- Maintain regular data backup processes.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality.
- Manage shared folders, Google Drive/Cloud storage, and access controls.
- Recover data when required.

Cyber Security & Compliance

- Install and monitor antivirus/security tools.
- Protect systems from viruses, malware, and unauthorized access.
- Implement password policies and IT security guidelines.
- Monitor firewall and security updates.

6. IT Asset Management

- Maintain IT asset register.
- Track purchase, allocation, repair, and replacement of IT equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors for recent purchases and maintenance.

7. Website & Digital Support (if applicable)

- Coordinate website updates and maintenance.
- Support email hosting, domain renewal, and website issues.
- Support social media/marketing teams with technical requirements.

8. Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare monthly IT reports.
- Maintain records of:
- Hardware inventory
- Software licenses
- Complaints resolved
- Backup status
- AMC details

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
