Salary

CTC: Up to ₹4.10 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
- Resolve customer queries while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Deliver excellent customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow company processes.
- Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.

Eligibility





- Minimum 12 months of International BPO/Customer Support experience.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
