We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, promote products or services, and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate should possess solid communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Receive inbound calls and address customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Update customer information and maintain databases.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow company scripts, processes, and quality standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per hour
