De Lamor Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory and company policies. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Assist with budgeting, audits, and financial analysis.
- Monitor cash flow and support management with financial insights.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance,



Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial regulations.
- Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ERP/accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and taxation.
