- Handling medical related queries on phone and email
- Initial Telephonic Consultation
- Telephonic and email follow up of patients
- Maintaining and updating Software data
- Coordinating with Public Relations personnel
- In-house and outstation OPD participation
Qualification and Experience:
- MBBS/BHMS with positive communication skills. 1-year experience preferred. Freshers can also apply
- Ability to work in a competitive environment
- Flexibility of shifts
