Key Responsibilities:

· IPO Preparation & Execution (India)

o Identify and evaluate reputed merchant bankers; arrange and conduct meetings to select and appoint an IPO lead.

o Lead preparation of compelling financial and company presentations/data rooms for bankers and stakeholders.

o Coordinate all facets of IPO documentation, compliance, regulatory filings, and investor communications.

· Cross-Border M&A; (UK & Europe)

o Conduct robust business valuations, financial modeling, and analysis for target companies.

o Lead and coordinate comprehensive financial and legal due diligence—liaising with internal/external advisors across geographies.

o Develop detailed post-acquisition integration roadmaps; monitor and execute key action items to maximize synergies and value.

· Fundraising & Banking Liaison

o Liaise with banks and financial institutions to secure debt/credit facilities for acquisitions.

o Prepare documentation, projections, and presentations for funders; manage negotiation and closure process.

· Stakeholder Management & Communication

o Engage proactively with internal teams, advisors, legal and financial consultants, and external partners.





o Represent Inventure Holdings with clarity and professionalism in meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

Requirements:

· Qualified CA/CPA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent with 7+ years’ diverse experience in IPO execution, M&A;, corporate finance, and fundraising.

· Experience with Big Four or MBB consulting firms would be preferable.

· Proven track record of managing IPOs/SAs with tier-1 merchant banks and successful cross-border M&A; deals.

· Solid knowledge of Indian regulatory landscape for IPOs and familiarity with UK/EU M&A; and due diligence practices.

· Adept at preparing high-impact financial presentations and data rooms for investors and bankers.

· Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and project leadership—able to work independently and collaboratively.

· Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and execution skills; attention to detail and process orientation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
