We are hiring Email Support Executives with excellent written English communication skills. The role involves handling customer queries via Voice, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer Voice professionally and accurately.
- Resolve customer queries within the defined turnaround time.
- Maintain high standards of grammar, quality, and customer service.
- Document customer interactions and follow company guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

- Graduate/Undergraduate (as per process eligibility).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent written English communication is mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
