The Early Careers Talent Development Programs Manager will be responsible for aiding in the development and execution of training programs for Analysts and Associates. This individual collaborates with the subject matter experts and external vendors to execute the programs for incoming and existing Early Careers employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, plan and execute Intern and Full-Time hires professional skills programs (incl. content and schedule development)
- Manage internal stakeholder and external vendor partnerships
- Support Analyst and Associate continuing education initiatives
- Lead evaluation and innovation of program, incl. focus groups and data analysis to identify program gaps and produce key highlights
- Contract management and budget creation
- Participate in select projects related to Program Management, Recruiting, Talent Development,
and other business-driven training engagements
Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Should have Program Management experience
- Learning and development design experience is positive to have
- Strong with excel and data analysis
- Detail orientated with organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and develop relationships within a complex matrix management structure
