Experience

- 5–10+ Years in Real Estate Marketing
- Experience in Plotting Projects Preferred
- Strong knowledge of Hyderabad growth corridors and investment markets

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for open plot projects.
- Plan and manage project launch campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads through online and offline channels.

Digital Marketing

- Manage Meta, Google, YouTube and Property Portal campaigns.
- Monitor CPL, ROI and lead conversion metrics.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams.

Brand Building

- Increase brand visibility across target markets.
- Organize roadshows, property expos, investor meets and site visit events.
- Develop local marketing partnerships.

Lead Generation & Sales Support

- Work closely with sales teams to achieve booking targets.
- Ensure quality lead flow from all marketing channels.




- Create referral and channel partner marketing programs.

Market Research

- Analyze competitor projects and pricing.
- Identify emerging investment hotspots.
- Provide regular market intelligence reports.
