About the Role
We are looking for passionate Interior Designers to join our team as Lighting Designers.
Whether you're a fresher or have up to 2 years of experience, this is an excellent opportunity to
build a career in architectural lighting design.
Note: Prior experience in lighting design is not required. We provide comprehensive training
and mentorship to help you master the complete lighting design process.
Key Responsibilities
Lighting Design & Simulation
● Develop detailed lighting layouts for premium residential projects by studying interior
layouts and understanding client requirements.
● Perform lighting calculations, including lux levels, uniformity, and glare analysis.
● Select suitable luminaires based on project requirements, design intent, and applicable
standards.
● Generate technical lighting reports and design documentation.
● Convert architectural plans into professional lighting design layouts.
Project Coordination & Client Presentation
● Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and internal project teams.
● Present lighting designs confidently to architects and clients.
● Revise and optimize lighting designs based on client feedback and site conditions.
● Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Documentation & Deliverables
● Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
● Create technical drawings, lighting layouts, and presentation materials.
● Maintain accurate project documentation and design records
Requirements
Technical Skills
● Proficiency in AutoCAD.
● Good understanding of interior design principles.
● Knowledge of lighting design concepts will be an added advantage.
Soft Skills
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Strong interpersonal skills.
● High attention to detail and accuracy.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
● Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet
deadlines.
