We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Facilitator/Teacher to deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences for students. The role focuses on making learning interactive, enjoyable, and easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver interactive, activity-driven sessions in school classrooms.
- Simplify concepts and encourage active student participation.
- Plan and arrange required materials prior to each session.
- Share regular feedback and updates with the academic and project teams.
- Participate in training programs to enhance teaching techniques and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills in English.
- Confidence in addressing and managing groups of students.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and open to learning recent approaches.
- Ability to effectively follow structured lesson plans and guidelines.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in teaching or a similar facilitation role.
- Looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with commitment to the role.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
