JOB PURPOSE

This role is responsible for managing overall field executive team in the given location. Leading the team and excellent coordination with partners & internal customers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES

- Verification of pre credit verified application sourced by field executives, field, income, and cattle verification at customer household level.
- Need to verify 150 pre sanctioned cases at the customer place and do take final decision forward it to underwriter.
- Post sanction, need to do 150 pre disbursement documentation and upload it in the LOS
- NACH failure repayment cases; primary responsibility lying with this role for the first 5 days of NACH failure.
- Must go to customer place and collect the money and deposit into the BC bank account of Dvara on the same day.
- Day to day monitoring of 3 to 5 field executives in his/her area and do the assigned target with high quality




- On field training to field executives and create sourcing opportunities for field executives in the field.
- Submit daily field report to Manager at the end of the day.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Educational Qualifications:

- Any degree

Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in MFI field

Knowledge/Skills required:

- Entrepreneurial and Execution oriented with ‘Will do’ & “Fix It” attitude
- Excellent teamwork skills with ability to work with remote & distributed teams
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Must be able to travel 75% of the time to visit customers

- Willingness to work closely with farmers and FPOs
