Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations in our Goan Seafood Restaurant. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a Goan food/Seafood restaurant and possess strong leadership skills to manage kitchen operations efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and service.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure food is prepared and served according to quality and presentation standards.
- Lead and support the kitchen team during service.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock usage, and minimize food wastage.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Store team for timely replenishment of supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and work areas.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to improve productivity and performance.




- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel, restaurant, or catering kitchen.
- Looking for candidates who has worked in Goan food/Seafood Restaurant only
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a quick-paced setting.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
