Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.S. / B.Sc.) in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a closely related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of laboratory experience in chemical manufacturing; specific experience in the fertilizer, agrochemical, or heavy chemical industry is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on proficiency with analytical techniques (Wet Chemistry, Titrimetry, Gravimetry, Spectrophotometry, Chromatography).
- Familiarity with LIMS and basic data analysis software.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of chemical safety protocols, MSDS/SDS navigation, and regulatory compliance regarding hazardous materials.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with production operators and plant management.
