Site Supervisor – Installation & CommissioningRoles & Responsibilities

- Supervise installation and commissioning activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, and the internal project team.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely project completion.
- Allocate work and supervise technicians and site workers.
- Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and safety PPE.
- Inspect installation quality and resolve site issues.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and submit updates.
- Coordinate material receipt and usage at the site.
- Attend site meetings and support project handover.
- Ensure housekeeping and safety compliance at the site.
- Travel to project sites as required.

Required Skills

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in installation and commissioning.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Valuable communication and team coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel across India.
- Knowledge of safety practices at project sites.
