We are looking for a Laptop Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops and related devices. The candidate should have valuable technical knowledge and a customer-friendly approach.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair laptop hardware issues (screen, battery, motherboard, keyboard, etc.)
- Install and troubleshoot Windows/software issues
- Remove viruses and improve system performance
- Test laptops after repair to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain service records and parts usage
- Support customers with basic technical guidance
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI/Degree in Computer or Electronics (preferred)
- Experience in laptop repair
- Knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- ITI/Diploma in Electronics or equivalent with 2–5 years of chip-level repair experience.
Preferred:
- Experience with brands like Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer
- Service center experience
