Job Summary

Nitrro Fitness is looking for an experienced and dynamic Fitness Manager to oversee gym operations, manage trainers, ensure exceptional member experience, and drive fitness revenue through personal training and client retention. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and a passion for fitness and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day gym floor operations efficiently.
- Supervise and lead fitness trainers and floor staff.
- Ensure high standards of member engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor trainer performance, attendance, and grooming standards.
- Drive Personal Training (PT) revenue and achieve monthly targets.
- Conduct fitness assessments and assist members with fitness guidance when required.
- Handle member concerns, escalations, and service recovery professionally.
- Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of gym equipment.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth branch functioning.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and discipline within the fitness floor.




- Conduct regular trainer meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree/certification in Fitness, Sports Science, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in gym or fitness center management.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of fitness training techniques and gym operations.
- Target-oriented with strong sales and client retention skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in handling PT sales and fitness team management.
- Energetic, disciplined, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
