Job summary: we are looking for a motivated inside sales Executive to focus exclusively on new sales acquisition. The role involves contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into sales. This position is target-driven with attractive incentive opportunities.

Skills required:

1.Good communication and convincing skills

2.Basic knowledge(Ms Office, Ms Excel,CRM is plus)

3.Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

4.Positive attitude and strong negotiation skills

key & Responsibilities:

1.Generate new sales through calls, emails and follow-ups.

2.Contact prospective customers and explain company products/services.

3.Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions

4.Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned.

5.maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales updates.

6.Follow up on enquires and convert them into confirmed sales.

7. co-ordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.

8.Build and maintain strong relationships with recent customers.
