Operation Theatre (OT) In-Charge | 4–5 Years Experience

Experienced and dedicated OT In-Charge with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in managing operation theatre activities and ensuring smooth surgical procedures. Skilled in coordinating with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff to maintain a sterile and efficient OT workplace. Proficient in scheduling surgeries, managing OT staff, and ensuring the availability and proper functioning of surgical instruments and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the operation theatre to ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and OT staff for scheduled and emergency surgeries
- Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols
- Ensure proper functioning, maintenance, and availability of OT equipment and instruments
- Manage OT inventory, including surgical supplies and consumables
- Supervise and train OT technicians and nursing staff
- Prepare OT for different types of surgeries and ensure readiness at all times
- Maintain accurate records,



reports, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and accreditation requirements
- Handle emergency situations efficiently and support critical procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing / Operation Theatre Technology or related field
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in OT management
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and sterilization techniques
- Familiarity with infection control standards and patient safety protocols
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge for documentation and reporting

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
