Team Leadership & Management

· Supervise and direct staff: Lead, train, and evaluate maintenance technicians and mechanics, assigning work tasks and managing schedules effectively.

· Promote teamwork: Foster good working relationships within the team and with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

· Handle personnel issues: Manage staff disciplinary actions, motivation, and personnel development.

Maintenance & Operations

· Plan and schedule maintenance:

Develop and implement schedules for routine preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.

· Troubleshoot and repair:

Identify, diagnose, and resolve mechanical issues and equipment malfunctions promptly.

· Oversee repairs and upgrades:

Direct the repair, maintenance, and replacement of equipment, components, and parts, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Safety & Compliance

· Enforce safety regulations:

Ensure the team adheres to all health, safety, and regulatory standards, including conducting safety inspections.

· Promote a safe environment:

Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for the team.

· Ensure compliance:





Monitor adherence to company policies, procedures, and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations.

Planning & Administration

· Budget management:

Contribute to the maintenance budget, manage spending, and stay within allocated funds.

· Record keeping:

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, parts, and equipment performance.

· Report on system performance:

Prepare reports on mechanical system performance and maintenance effectiveness.

· Coordinate with vendors:

Work with external contractors and vendors for equipment repairs, maintenance, and current equipment purchases.

· Inventory management:

Maintain proper inventory of necessary tools, supplies, and equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
