Location: BAKROL BUJARANG, AHMEDABAD
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise factory operations including fabrication, cutting, welding, and assembly.
- Interpret engineering / fabrication drawings and direct workers and craftsmen accordingly.
- Ensure production schedules are met on time.
- Quality Control: Inspect product finishing, dimensions, and welding quality.
- Track daily raw material consumption.
- Enforce factory safety rules and protocols during shifts.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience as a supervisor in fabrication.
- Education: ITI (Fitter / Welder) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in reading and understanding 2D/3D technical drawings.
- Robust knowledge of lineup, precision measurement, and fit-up tolerances.
- Manpower management skills to effectively handle labor teams.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skillset)
