Job Title: Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with assigned customers to ensure timely communication, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Liaise with the production floor to monitor production schedules and ensure on-time order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate order records, customer information, and sales documentation.
- Prepare and update sales reports, order status reports, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate shipment planning, dispatch activities, and delivery schedules.
- Track customer orders from receipt through production, dispatch, and final delivery.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments, including Production, Logistics, and Accounts, to ensure smooth order execution.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and related documentation.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of sales orders, invoices, and shipment records.
- Use Microsoft Excel for data entry, report preparation, and analysis, including basic formulas such as SUM, IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, COUNTIF, and Pivot Tables.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, Order Management, or a related role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and report preparation.
- Good organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and reports.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a quick-paced environment.
