- Reduce manual effort through automation and process improvements
- Align frameworks with enterprise automation standards
- Perform gap analysis and define infrastructure requirements
- Integrate solutions with observability and monitoring systems
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams
- Improve production support efficiency through automation
- Maintain documentation and implementation standards
Requisites
- Solid understanding of automation principles
- Knowledge of CI/CD & DevOps tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Git)
- Familiarity with cloud and on-prem automation practices
- Experience with infrastructure tools and APIs
- Understanding of SLI/SLO service metrics
- Exposure to Terraform, Kubernetes, containers (preferred)
- Knowledge of OS and infrastructure fundamentals
- Awareness of escalation/notification frameworks
- ServiceNow integration knowledge
